DINOSAUR The Ride is an all-out thrill ride which blasts you
back to prehistoric time to save the last dinosaur on Earth! The BoneYard
is where kids experience a hands-on dino-dig (of a wooly mammoth)
and a pre-historic playground. Swing into Tarzan ROCKS! a high-energy
stage show with jungle gymnasts, Tarzan movie music and extreme stunts!
Africa
at Disney's Animal Kingdom. With
civilization in your rear view mirror, Kilimanjaro Safaris whichs
you away to the plains of Africa. Keep your eyes peeled and your cameras
loaded because on this journey to the African plains (aboard a safari
vehicle) you may catch a glimpse of lions, giraffes, elephants, hippos,
zebras and many other creatures of the dark continent. The whole family
is sure to enjoy this safari through the African savannah surrounded
by freely roaming animals.
. Pangani Forest Exploration Trail is located here in the African
jungle where you come face to face with lowland gorillas andgiant
hippos. Then, travel aboard a train to Rafiki's Planet watch and get
close to gentle creatures
at Affection Section. Lastly in Africa, you can quiz the Keepers on
how they care for the animals at Conservation Station. Plus lots more!
Asia.
In Asia, the saying
goes "the wetter the better". Kali River Rapids is a raging
white-water rapids raft ride (say that three times fast) for the brave.
Dodge the flames of illegal logging only to find your raft tumbling
down the raging rapids. Hike along the mystical Maharajah Jungle Trek
and spot the gibbons swinging in the bamboo tops. Wander through amazing
Asian ruins where jungle tigers roam! Check out the flights of wonder
exotic live bird show and learn more about these feathered daredevils
of the sky.
Camp
Minnie-Mickey where
classic tales and Disney tails come to life. A classical childrens
fable is brought to life in the form of the uplifting theatrical spectacle
"Festival of the Lion King". Don't miss it. It is one of
the most talked about Disney productions ever. Singers, dancers, characters
and acrobats surround you with a lions share of fun. Character greeting
trails are where Mickey, Minnie and other Disney friends are waiting
for you with open arms!
These
fun lands surround the center of Animal Kingdom,
Discovery Island and its enormous Tree of Life. Deep
inside the Tree of Life you'll discover the hilarious and spectacular
3-D "It's Tough To Be A Bug". The tree of life itself is
creature spottin center of the park and is a marvel in itself, covered
in hundreds of magnificent animal carvings. It is also the center
