Carnival Glory Ship Review:
"This was our 5th cruise and the 2nd on a Carnival ship. We were extremely surprised and impressed with the entire experience. The ship is beautiful and kept incredibly clean, embarkation was smooth (as much as possible) and our cabin was lovely, especially the balcony (which we highly recommend). The food was always good, sometimes great, and there are so many choices you can never go hungry or be unsatisfied.
Service was excellent in the dining rooms, cabins, etc., except in the main lounge (Amber Palace) if you were in the upper section, you could not obtain a drink or even play bingo without a problem - we never understood why!!! The shows were great and always entertaining. Greg, the Director, did a great job. The excursions were lots of fun, although a little pricey, and it was so easy selecting excursions from your cabin TV and having the tickets delivered that evening.
Obviously, Carnival is trying very hard to earn high ratings with their "fun ships" and in our opinion they are doing a great job. We would recommend the Glory to anyone wishing a wonderful cruise experience and will be cruising Carnival again."
